A batik scarf - shoulder wrap (Selendang) acquired in Jambi, South Sumatra; sometimes used as "Ikat Kepala" head scarf by men from the area. Batik acquired in Sumatra, were made in Java, specially commissioned by people from Sumatra, with their typical moslem color and motive. Age : circa late 1930 Material : Cotton, Color : Natural Dye (indigo blue) Size: L: 205cm;H: 91cm
