PAYMENT TERM
All of the pieces on this
site are available for purchase. Please Contact Us Shalimar
Gallery and Boutique for prices and terms. We have more of a selection of antique pieces available in
our inventory, in addition to what is shown on the site. Please
let us know if you would like us to email you photographs,
and other detail information required.
Payment is accepted by wire transfer, Pay Pal and Credit
Card (Visa, Master Card and American Express), however, credit
card payments accepted only at our shop/location in Bali.
Payment via Pay Pal charges/fee applies.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is by TNT Skypak and UPS Priority. For new clients,
we will ship merchandise after Full payment. For repeat and
return clients based on one to one approval, we will ship
merchandise prior to full payment.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
After confirmation of receipt by courier service, merchandise/items
purchased can be returned within 7 days. Return shipping cost
will be applied.
Return of merchandise when due to disagreement of authenticity,
the buyer is required to produced two “written“opinions as
proof, by reliable experts in the specific field of the subject.
Refund of payment made will only be carried out after all
fees are deducted. For collectors, institutions interested in making major purchases
and order, we can offer special terms.
